Tinja’s mission is to educate, advocate, and empower business owners about the Power of Now with regard to financial planning. She was raised in her family’s consultancy, and knows first-hand how crucial it is to plan with the end in mind in order to build and protect your business, family, team, and legacy. Prior to becoming a financial planner and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) where she focuses on building comprehensive financial strategies for closely-held organizations and individuals, Tinja served as a strategic sales and communications consultant. She has over a 15 years of executive level coaching experience, specializing in experience-based training and persuasive presentation. In her previous roles, Tinja was an integral part of developing proposals to affect change to meet and exceed global market demands. Tinja was awarded “Rookie of Year” for MassMutual Greater Houston in 2019, the NAIFA “Rising Star” in 2020, and “Jr. Agent of the Year” for MassMutual Greater Houston in 2021 and 2022. She also serves as the Programs Chair at large for the Women’s Finance Exchange Houston, and supports other organizations like Nerdy Girl Success, Beyond Celiac, and the Food Bank. In addition, she reigned as Ms. Texas International in 2022. Tinja is a Collegiate All-American in Sailing (2006) and continues to live an active lifestyle. She enjoys running, swimming, cycling, and sailing. She also is a published cookbook author.
